All of our bandanas are handmade and packed with care in Mississauga, Ontario. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days before shipment.

At this time, we currently only ship within Canada and to the US (international shipping fees apply).

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Ontario: 2-5 business days
Canada-wide: 3-10 business days
US: 5-12 business days

Tracking may not be included on all orders in order to help keep shipping costs affordable. If tracking is included with your shipment, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Given the design of our bandanas, the scrunchy collar allows for flexibility, so most dogs will fit into more than one size, depending on your preference for a snug or loose fit. Please refer to our size guide for our recommendations based on your dog's neck size before placing your order. If you are unsure which size to choose, feel free to reach out to us and we'd be happy to help!

Please note that if you order the incorrect size, we cannot offer a refund, however, we are more than happy to walk you through the steps to facilitate an exchange.

Yes! We are a small home-based business, and every bandana is handmade personally with care using thoughtfully selected fabrics, materials, and designs.

We recommend gentle hand washing with mild detergent or machine washing on a delicate cycle with cold water. Lay flat or hang to dry for best results. All our products come with care instructions to help you maintain product longevity.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to help.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
