Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During busier periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Ontario: 2-5 business days
Canada-wide: 3-10 business days
US: 3-8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal shipping volumes.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through Canada Post and other trusted carriers.

Tracking Information

Tracking may not be included on all orders in order to help keep shipping costs affordable. If tracking is included with your shipment, you will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
