Returns & Exchanges

At Biskoot's Boutique, all of our products are personally handmade with care. We want your dog to look and feel their best - we take great pride in making sure the quality of our products is of the utmost standard, so if something is not to your satisfaction, we want to make it right. Please read below for further details on how to initiate a return or exchange.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@biskootsboutique.ca with photos of the item and its packaging. We are committed to ensuring you are pleased with our products so we will work with you to find a solution!

Exchanges - Eligibility and How to Request an Exchange

We accept exchanges for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (with tags) within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@biskootsboutique.ca within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange and we will walk you through the next steps.

International Orders

Due to the complexity and cost of international shipping, exchanges are available for domestic Canadian orders only. International orders are final sale unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect - in which case, please contact us and we will find a solution.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Biskoot's Boutique cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
